Chop Chop Master Onion is quite possibly the worst character to ever make it into a GameFAQs Contest. He's the musical mentor (or something) of PaRappa the Rapper in the PSX game by that title.
Chop Chop just edged his way into the very weak 2002 Contest field as a 16 seed, and was blown out by #1 Lara Croft in the first round, which is really saying something. On the plus side, he remains one of only two 16 seeds in history to keep their first round opponent under 70% (the other being StarCraft).
