Dynamisches Universum was a CYOA in 2006 by Accel_R8 (formerly Accel ACE)

It featured the gimmick of jumping between various video game worlds Kingdom Hearts style (ironically starting IN the Kingdom Hearts world), though it didn't get far. Mostly due to RPG gimmicks not working on a message board format.
