Numbers guy (8976201) is a longtime member of B8 who unfortunately is better known as a joke alt he created in 2007 named hochiminh.
As hoch, ng terrorized the board all Contest, becoming a running joke because his bracket was pretty solid and listed on the Leaderboard almost all season, yet he had Cloud picked for the Championship. The gamble ended up paying off, sort of, due to the horrible 2007 scoring system (it rewarded him an extra 32 points for picking Link to finish second without punishing him for having Cloud first), but he had lost too many points on other bad decisions to finish high enough to earn a prize.
