The Good: Let's face it. Tigers are basically the world's coolest animals, with the striped fur and all that. That's why Regent ranks above Leon. Plus, this one could actually do more than stand there with his mouth open!
The Best: Regent sure knows how to make a first impression! I mean, he basically nearly attacked and killed Phoenix!
The Bad: But that's kinda anticlimactic when all you see is a picture of a tiger's face and some roaring noises, and you don't see Phoenix at all. Oh well.
The Worst: Regent doesn't really get to do anything else! Come on, he should've been part of the case or something!
