TLO is a somewhat obscure user on Board 8. He can be seen running some "Save My" contests once in a while, and usually is first or second round fodded in user contests. The most unique thing about TLO is that he is the number one fan of Ulti's shirt. TLO even has a shirt of his own, which Ulti has said looks cool. but TLO knows it is nowhere near the awesomeness that Ulti possesses. TLO is also an avid beatmania fan, but still sucks and can only pass 7 star songs at best, but still loves the game

TLO is now currently running the Board 8 NFL Sim League in it's second year.
